EMIM’s Indiana early double-reed workshops attract  both amateurs, pre-professionals, and professionals who play early reeds, as well as their modern counterparts. Learn alongside other shawm and dulcian enthusiasts in a relaxed atmosphere with renowned teacher and performer, Bob Wiemken, artistic co-director of the music group Piffaro. Attendees are taught technique, reed making, and maintenance.
